- Assist the client in identifying, obtaining and collating the Pre-Construction Information (PCI)
- Provide the PCI to the designers, Principal Contractor and associated contractors
- Ensure that designers fulfil their obligations and cooperate with each other
- Liaise with the Principal Contractor for the duration of the appointment
