iON Consultants Appoints New Practice and Operations Manager

iON Consultants is delighted to announce the appointment of Ryan Cairns, who joins us as our new Practice and Operations Manager. Ryan has a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams, running day-to-day operations, and delivering commercial results. Skilled in relationship management and stakeholder engagement, he brings a wealth of experience in championing community-centric cultures where professional development and client partnerships thrive.  

At ION Consultants, we’ve built a culture that is people-centred, safety-conscious and quality-driven. We're committed to raising industry standards and delivering meaningful impact across the sectors we serve. Ryan will contribute to these efforts by leveraging his expertise in process improvements to streamline our systems and enrich our customer experience. 

In his new role, Ryan will be responsible for coordinating project delivery, optimising customer onboarding, and supporting the performance of our associate network. As an advocate of social impact, ethical practice and long-term wellbeing, his values align with iON's foundational principles, and he will play a key role in driving our corporate social responsibility initiatives. This appointment reflects our continued commitment to delivering high-quality SHEQ consultancy services while nurturing a thriving, community-minded safety culture.
