We work with Legal & General Modular Homes (LGMH) as CDM Advisor, Asbestos Subject Matter Experts (SME) and training providers.
The initial project of a high level CDM compliance audit with feedback presented back to the business allowed for a programme of improvement and enhanced compliance. This led LGMH commissioning us to develop new CDM management processes and improving the system further to support the growth of the business.
Similarly to CDM, we were asked to develop a "belt and braces" approach to asbestos risk management. This includes acting as the SME for managing asbestos risks from procurement and land acquisition through to remediation and demolition.
A range of virtual and classroom training session have been supplied on health and safety topics including CDM and asbestos awareness.
Auditing and assurance services are also provided on a regular basis.
We are proud to support AC&MS Ltd, a UKAS accredited asbestos consultancy based in Essex.

Additional support is provided around office risk assessments, site audits of surveyors and analysts and providing tailored training via TeamTrain.
We work with the Girls' Day School Trust (GDST) in strategically assessing compliance with health and safety law and identifying ways in which to improve performance and to support the 25 schools in the UK.
The strategic review was commissioned by GDST based on a recommendation and subsequent tender. We were very excited to work with the UK's leading family of independent girls' schools, particularly in support of delivering environments in which students can thrive.
The project was particularly challenging due to Covid restrictions so a blend of office based and virtual audit activities were used to deliver the project.
Further support to the Trust and their leadership team is planned for 2021.
We work closely with WestCross Environmental Services Ltd to support their ambitions to be the best licensed asbestos removal contractors in the UK.
So far, we have support WestCross with a wide range of technical, auditing and management system acquisition services. These are underpinned by our role as retained Health, Safety and Environmental advisors.
The key target of developing and acquiring certification to ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 management systems was realised in July 2020.
Additional support is delivered through regular site auditing and provision of trend analysis enabling the team to focus improvements in specific areas of need.

The business is passionate about improving health and safety in all aspects of the business and we are on the journey with them.

Sodexo commissioned us to support the contract mobilisation team in late 2019 for a new FM contract in Northern Ireland.
The project involved working with a wide range of Subject Matter Experts, the Sodexo Project team and the client to develop a strategic delivery plan with wide ranging compliance assets for this new FM contract.
Much of our work focused on building procedural assets and strategy for health and safety compliance and specifically asbestos management and assurance standards. This included supporting the procurement of suppliers based in Northern Ireland and in mainland UK.
We were delighted to have been asked to support their request for a health and safety audit which culminated in becoming their retained Health, Safety and Environmental advisors.
We will be working with the Nu team via our virtual safety room and face to face, to help them make the improvements in compliance they currently seek and to deliver on the audit recommendations.
